2. Our Products & Custom Specifications

We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, product display colors or appearances may differ depending on your screen settings. We do not warrant that product appearance or quality will exactly match digital renderings. For custom OEM/ODM products and wholesale orders, product specifications shall be confirmed via formal proforma invoices (PI) or commercial agreements executed between Danva Mall and the buyer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit sales quantities at our sole discretion.

3. Orders & B2B Inquiries

When you place an order or submit a Request for Quote (RFQ), you authorize us and our certified payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Danva Mall reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until formal confirmation or tracking details are issued. Please review your order carefully, as cancellation requests may not be fulfilled once an order enters processing. Purchases are subject to return or exchange strictly in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated or agreed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) trade terms, posted prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and purchase information. You represent and warrant that (1) you are authorized to use the payment method provided, (2) all payment details are true and correct, and (3) all charges incurred will be honored by your payment institution.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Customs Clearance

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We partner with tier-1 international carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) and freight forwarders. For orders processed under DDP terms, Danva Mall coordinates import customs clearance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer of goods to the designated logistics carrier. 6. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including but not limited to all software, code, layout designs, trademarks, text, images, graphics, product specs, video, and audio, are owned exclusively by Danva Mall or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
